General information
This type belongs to the group of self-tapping thread inserts in thermoplastics, glass fiber reinforced plastics and thermosets. They are made for screwing in. The three cutting slots have preformed and predrilled locating holes which guarantee the embedding in the base material. Sizes exist from M2 to M10. An advantage when using these types without head is the possibility of insertion from both sides.
